url shortner offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
2. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support channel and we will submit the refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. After cancellation you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
