These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the link-shortening service provided by url shortner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
url shortner provides a hosted platform for creating short links, QR codes, and click analytics (the "Service"). You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent, to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not use the Service to:
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on your selected plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.
You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
